Internship in Outsourcing

Context

The Group Outsourcing Officer is seeking a motivated intern to join her team as soon as possible for a 6-month internship.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely on conducting risk assessments for critical or important outsourcing arrangements at Bank Degroof Petercam.
• Contribute to enhancing the quality of the EBA and DORA registers for the Indosuez Wealth Management Group.

Your position

Your main tasks will consist in: 

• Collaborate with the Head of Business Lines to conduct risk assessments on outsourced services.
• Enhance the quality of data in the outsourcing register, ensuring accuracy and consistency in both Excel and EASY systems.
• Maintain and update the EBA and DORA registers by coordinating with the Head of Business Lines and subject matter experts to gather missing or outdated information. The registers are currently managed in Excel but are scheduled to be migrated to EASY by July. 

Your profile

• You have or you are currently in bachelor or Master degree/ University degree.
• You are fluent in French with a good level of English.
• You have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have a high attention to details and rigorous.
• You are familiar with MS-Office and Outlook.
• You are self-sufficient & responsible
• You are flexible and a team player.
