Internship in Private Equity

Context

The Private Markets Platform

With € c.11 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez is a major private markets’ investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing across Europe, North America and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Markets platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary.

Your position

Participating in the day-to-day work and a variety of tasks related to the activities of the Fund Selection Private Markets Team,  including:

• Retrieving documentation and data (reports, performance metrics, etc.) used for due diligence and monitoring processes for private equity investments (primary, secondary and co-investments)
• Contributing to their analyses;
• Helping preparing content and support materials for various situations including Investment Committee (information memorandum, quantitative analyses, slide decks, etc.) as well as commercial presentations;
• Helping managing digital deal-flow and monitoring tools related to the existing investments.

The Private Equity Intern will report to the Heads of the Fund Selection Private Markets team and work in collaboration with a dedicated team of investment managers and analysts based in Brussels.

• Proactivity and flexibility;
• Committed and eager to learn rapidly in a team-working professional environment;
• Abilities to summarize views and conclusions;
• Language skills: conversational level and good communication in writing in English. French and/or Dutch required.
