The result of the merger between Indosuez Wealth (Asset Management) and Degroof Petercam Asset Services follows the acquisition in June 2024 of Degroof Petercam by Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group.
Indosuez Fund Solutions, a branch of Indosuez Wealth Management (Europe), combines the complementary expertise and strengths of these two companies, with a mission to provide ever-improving support to its clients and partners.

Regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Indosuez Fund Solutions is authorised to manage UCITS, Part II, SIF and RAIF funds under Luxembourg law, Belgian funds (UCITS and AIFs – institutional SICAVs, RDT-DBI expertise) and Spanish AIFs thanks to its European passport.
