The Audit Inspection Business Line at CA Indosuez plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, and continuous improvement of the company’s governance, internal control and business operations. The department supports General Management by delivering high-quality audit reports and methodological insights. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to key projects that enhance risk management, quality assurance, and the deployment of innovative audit tools. Your position

As an Audit Support Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
•    Participating in the preparation and delivery of various reports for the General Management of CA Indosuez and the Audit Inspection Business Line.
•    Supporting cross-functional methodological work, such as the preparation of the Audit Plan and audit risk mapping.
•    Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for Management, including quality controls and Quality Assurance audit missions.
•    Assisting in the deployment of the Audit Inspection Business Line Group tool, providing support to teams during implementation.

Your work will directly support the department’s goals of maintaining high standards of audit quality, risk management, and operational excellence.

Your profile

We are seeking a candidate with:
•    A degree in finance, business administration, audit, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills.
•    Experience or academic exposure to audit, risk management, or quality assurance is an advantage.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with audit management systems is a plus.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
•    A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
•    Fluency in English; French is an asset.
