Mission:
Provide commercial, operational and analytical support to the Spain & LATAM sales team, ensuring best-in-class client materials, smooth cross-team coordination and excellent service to institutional, private banking and distribution partners.

Your position

•    Preparar y actualizar presentaciones, fichas de fondos y materiales (ES/EN).
•    Coordinar con Marketing, Producto, Reporting, Legal/Compliance y plataformas (Allfunds, etc.).
•    Organizar roadshows, webinars y formaciones; logística y seguimiento post-reunión.
•    Mantener CRM/pipeline, elaborar informes de AUM, flujos y rentabilidad; soporte en DDQ/RFP.
•    Apoyar contratos de distribución y circuitos de aprobación internos (CoDIL, BAC, etc.).
•    Redactar resúmenes ejecutivos y newsletters para clientes B2B.

 

  • Prepare and update presentations, fund factsheets and sales decks (ES/EN).
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Reporting, Legal/Compliance and platforms (e.g., Allfunds).
  • Organise roadshows, webinars and trainings; handle logistics and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM/pipeline; produce AUM/flows/performance reports; support DDQs/RFPs.
  • Assist with distribution agreements and internal approval flows (e.g., CoDIL, BAC).
  • Draft executive summaries and client newsletters for B2B audiences.

Your profile

  • Grado en Economía/Finanzas/Empresa (máster valorado).
  • 2–5 años en Sales Support/Client Service/Middle Office en gestoras o banca privada.
  • Conocimiento de fondos, ratios riesgo-retorno, SFDR/ESG, Morningstar.
  • Excel/PowerPoint avanzado; inglés C1 (francés valorable).
  • Organización, detalle, proactividad y excelente comunicación.

 

•    Degree in Economics/Finance/Business (Master’s a plus).
•    2–5 years in Sales Support/Client Service/Middle Office within AM or private banking.
•    Solid knowledge of funds, risk-return metrics, SFDR/ESG, Morningstar.
•    Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; English C1 (French is a plus).
•    Strong organisation, attention to detail, proactivity and communication skills.
